Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO) will host a Ribbon Cutting Celebration on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Luzerne County Community College (LCCC) Watsontown Center to commemorate the launch of its new Mini Mobile Food Pantry and the beginning of an innovative partnership with LCCC aimed at expanding food access throughout the region.
